BVI regulatory texts and professional translations

This catalogue now publishes selected fund-administration provisions for closed-ended PIFs and open-ended mutual funds, followed by the principal statute, simplified fund regimes and AML/CFT return material.

Version and rights checks

BVI FSC material remains permission-required or link-only until reproduction and translation rights are confirmed. The SIBA Revised 2020 must also be read with later amending legislation; its title alone must not be treated as proof that it is the complete current text.

Translation and publication controls​

  1. All Chinese text is labelled “editorial translation / unofficial translation”; the official English text prevails.
  2. Legislation pages display the revision date, later amendments and verification date; a new file never silently overwrites an old version.
  3. Without permission, the site publishes only catalogue data, official links, professional summaries and necessary short extracts, and does not mirror the PDF.
  4. Once local hosting is approved, the original file is registered with its source URL, retrieval date, file size and SHA-256.
