SG-ACRA-VCCYou must hold an AGM within six months of your financial year end.
VCC必须在财政年度结束后六个月内举行年度股东大会。
SG-ACRA-VCCYou must file annual returns within seven months of your financial year end. For umbrella VCCs, each sub-fund must file its own annual returns. It must show its own accounts, assets, and liabilities separately from other sub-funds.
VCC必须在财政年度结束后七个月内提交年度申报表。对于伞型VCC，每个子基金均须分别提交其年度申报表，并将自身账目、资产及负债与其他子基金分开列示。
SG-ACRA-VCCYou must update your VCC information within 14 days of any change. This includes changes to: personal particulars, contact details, and address of VCC officers; name and address of sub-funds; VCC type.
VCC资料发生任何变更后，须在14日内更新，包括：VCC高级人员的个人资料、联系资料及地址；子基金名称及地址；以及VCC类型的变更。
SG-ACRA-VCCCharges let lenders claim VCC assets if loans are not repaid. Register new charges with ACRA within 30 to 37 days to avoid penalties.
如贷款未获偿还，押记可使贷款人对VCC资产提出权利主张。为避免处罚，应在30至37日内向ACRA登记新押记。
SG-ACRA-VCCThere are two ways to close a VCC. You can either: strike off a VCC if it is inactive and debt-free; or wind up a VCC if there are debts to settle.
关闭VCC有两种方式：如VCC已停止活动且无债务，可申请除名；如仍有债务须清偿，则进行清盘。
